Return Policy

All items can be returned! Customers have 5 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY to report any damaged or unsatisfactory items. In order to receive a replacement or a refund, a picture of the broken/unsatisfactory item along with a description must be sent to adultsmoke@selectgwe.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Select GWE is only responsible for damages during transit & delivery of your order and not for any damages that occurred while using the product. Once Select GWE has confirmed your Return, a confirmation email will be sent. You have 30 DAYS from the date of your confirmation email to return your damaged/unsatisfactory item, at the same time, your replacement will be sent out OR the refund process will occur.
